Have you spotted a violation of our copyrights? Are EbearZ photos, patterns, instructions, or other materials being distributed or sold somewhere other than at EbearZ? Are EbearZ projects being sold as 'original' designs by someone other than the actual artist who designed it?

We at EbearZ love to bring you classes, and we believe that 99.9% percent of the students taking our workshops are honest people who wish to learn new techniques and have fun.  Unfortunately, there are always a few 'not-so-honest types' who despite knowing better, take our works to distribute, teach or sell for their own benefit. This hurts all of us at EbearZ. Who wants to take a class when a tutorial offering the same thing, or similar instruction & photos, or a photo copied pattern is distributed for free? How can we compete against other classes that are teaching using OUR materials? 

These types of theft makes it more difficult to find artists who are willing to share their styles and techniques with our students. It also increases the cost of our workshops as we have to factor in lost revenues. It hurts us all and is both legally and morally wrong.

By reporting cases of copyright infringement, and/or plagiarism, you help us to protect the materials that we work so hard to bring to you. In doing so, you enable us to continue to bring fun, original classes, taught by expert instructors at affordable prices to the public.
